World Tunnel Congress 2013, Switzerland-Geneva, May 31 to June 07, 2013 Call for Papers Dear Colleague, We are pleased to send this Call for Papers for the World Tunnel Congress 2013, to be held in Switzerland-Geneva, May 31 to June 07, 2013. The theme of the World Tunnel Congress 2013 is “Underground ㅡthe way to the future!“.
